I love these cookies when they are super soft. However, this time there was something in it. It looked like maybe wax paper.

Ailment Roulette

Make sure you check everything at pickup. For some reason, the Wal-Mart pickup department thought it would be ok to give us an opened package of cookies, which was missing 20% of the cookies with several of the remaining ones being broken. This was purposely done since the representative could clearly see the contents and description when loading it into the trunk. it's only 10 cookies that are supposed to be in 2 rows of 5 (the packaging is even shaped for this), not a pile of broken cookies and crumbs piled in the middle. Very poor customer service and took 45 minutes just to get a manager on phone, who while apologetic and provided a lot of excuses, was unable to resolve anything, leaving us no choice but to deal with the online order group, for a simple refund for contaminated cookies, which fortunately no one ate (Only covers the cookies in our possession, whoever ate the missing cookies, I hope you enjoyed them). At least the online group did the right thing and refunded us within minutes. Still wasted my family's time on a holiday weekend.

Poor Customer Service, QC, and Response

Was substitutioned for snicker doodles which I buying for husband's memorial service Sunday was his favorite cookie snd chocolate chip was not ss substitution and its not even close whatsoever so not happy I am disabled now and hard for me to hold things let alone cook.

Walmart is l down hill they are turning into the worst customer service experience ever. I ORDERED A BOOK THAT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED. I SAID I DO NOT WANT A REFUND I DIDN'T ASK FOR A REFUND, YET THEY GAVE IT TO ME ANYWAY. I ORDERED THIS BOOK JAN 5TH ITS NOW JANUARY 25TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. This thrift store now saying they don't have the book and it's out of stock when I haven't received it... how!!??

Horrible customer service

Cookies were not in container and all over the bag

I did a pick-up order which went good cause the guy who brought my groceries was nice. I bought some chocolate chip cookies that taste ok, kroger's are better, but my problem is the fact they did not make sure the container was closed and sealed completely when they bag it cause i had cookies out of the container and inside the bag. So if anyone does a pick-up order and buy walmart bakery cookies please make sure the container is closed before you leave their lot and inform them.

These are horrible.  They taste and feel less ke they are not fully baked.  All you taste is sugar and whatever oil or substance that keeps them raw in the middle.  

I thought I would be getting the crisp ones or the cakes ones like I have before.  These are horrible!!!!!  You can't rely on consistency or quality.

If you order for delivery, I wouldn't order any fresh baked items. I ordered these and got them delivered today and, no joke, someone took a bite out of one cookie and put it back. Walmart was very good about addressing this issue, however, it was disappointing. I usually love their cookies, but next time will only get them when I'm the one picking them up.
