is this waist a real adjustable string or just looks like it?

All 3 of these dresses I ordered fit differently with 2 much much larger than than the first and all much too big. These dresses are horribly miss sized. I am not sure going one size down is enough. I am expecting them to be really comfortable since the fabric is so soft. They have lovely colors and a good weight that is not see thru. The styling, value and quality are excellent. It appears the wrong tags were sewn into them. I do not anticipate problems getting the right fit.

Runs really big - do not get your normal size

I knew this dress wasn't exactly very nice before I made the purchase. The material is okay. The dress is fine to wear at home on a normal day. Overall good for the price though,
