The hood is not detachable. The sleeves are perfect for me but I am a petite woman.

No, it does not have strings so you can&#39;t tighten it around your face. It does come off, however. And it&#39;s a wide hood, too. When it&#39;s windy you will have to hold the hood to keep it over your head.

The hood is not adjustable. I found it to be HUGE. It covers my eyes to the point that I cannot see.

It is stylish and warm. But not bulky.I bought the sea turtle color. I get compliments on it, all the time. Love it

Faded Glory Coat

When I wear this coat, I receive many compliments on how cute it looks and also get inquiries on where it came from.

The price is great for what you get.

Do I wish I could adjust the waist - yes - but that's okay, it's still a very feminine fit. Someone else said it had a military fit, but I think they must have reviewed the wrong item. They also said it was stiff. I did not find that to be the case at all. It's cozy and soft.

Adorable coat

I got this in the pomegranate color with is a very nice rich burgundy. The jacket is surprisingly warm and has a nice weight to it--not too heavy and not flimsy. I like that the hood is detachable so I can wear it different ways. I think the fit is a bit on the roomier size (got a medium which is my normal size and it was a bit large) but that's fine since I can wear layers underneath. My only callout is that if you don't ensure the zipper is all the way in, it can seem like it is stuck and will need to be played with.

Very Warm Jacket

I am absolutely in loooooooooove with my new winter coat! Holy cow, the green color is so pretty and is totally flattering on me (I have very fair skin and strawberry blonde hair). I ordered an XS and it fits me perfectly! The style is very flattering and feminine. I have received so many compliments on it and people are always surprised to hear I got it on www.walmart.com! It looks much more expensive. For the price, you just really cannot go wrong with this jacket. I am obsessed and highly recommend this purchase!

It is very cute. the only thing that I did not like is that its very thin so I don't know how warm I will be wearing it.

Received before delivery date. Only issue to be aware of is that it runs small. Jacket is sharp looking not bulky looking like most puffer jackets.

Nice jacket

This coat is just what I needed. It's warm and pretty. The only negative thing is the zipper. It was difficult to zip and unzip. I've been using this coat for a week now and I think the zipper is getting a little better now that it's being used. Other then that great coat for a great price.

Nice and warm

I bought this coat for the upcoming winter weather and, being in Texas, I knew I wouldn't be using a winter coat much so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This coat is a great deal! However, when I received it there was already a big hole in the left pocket. Hence the 4 stars. This coat also isn't available in extra-small so the small is a little big but that's okay. It's roomy enough for a sweater underneath.

I already had a chance to wear it at night when the temps dipped down to the low 30s and it kept me very warm!

Warm Coat

The coat fits nicely and looks good. Nice and warm but just have to detach the hood OR is it for looks only? The hood could fit a gorilla.... Sorry but my head is not that large. Otherwise this is a good deal but I need to have a hood on in the cold winds. If you do not plan to use the hood your will like this coat.

Hood is for giants!! Coat is nice---

I purchased this coat online and ended up returning it. It looked nice in the package, but when I opened it, it was very stiff and felt very rough. It looked rather cheap. It was too short for a winter coat and the size was very snug. When I zipped it up, I felt like it was grabbing me instead of hugging me like a nice coat should. It simply had no "give" in it. It felt as if I were wearing a cardboard coat with padding. I didn't think it looked very feminine but rather had a military-style cut. The only thing I liked about it was the fur trim around the hood.

When I returned it, Walmart just took it back, no questions asked. I love Walmart's return policy.
