Nice long, firm grip brush with nylon bristles.
It has a nice metal scraper and scouring pad that are firmly attached and shouldn't come loose.
The nylon bristles are solidly attached to the brush head, and you shouldn't have an issue with them coming off.

The long handle length allows you to reach any part of the grill.

This brush is also called a  “cold” brush because of the nylon bristles.
(I have used metal for years.)

Nice long handle grill brush

We do a lot of grilling at our house especially during the summer months for parties and backyard barbecues. I ordered this Expert Grill Grill Brush, Soft Grip 3-in-1 Nylon Barbecue Cleaning Brush from Walmart. This brush can only be used on a cool grill because it is made from nylon and plastic. I prefer the nylon bristles versus the metal bristles because the do not splinter off and leave fragments behind on the grill grates that can get into food. The grill brush head is angled so it makes it easy to get into all the spaces to clean. I like that the grill brush has a stainless steel scraper to clean stuck on foods and the notches on each side fit perfectly over the grill grates for deep cleaning. The scrubber pad on the grill brush comes in handy for cleaning the griddle on our grill as well as the lid and other surfaces. This grill brush has a long handle with a large hole for easy hanging storage. My favorite feature of this grill brush is the soft textured area on the handle. It makes it more comfortable to use and the brush does not slip out of my hands when I am really getting in there to scrub. This is a must have tool for the grill.

When I received this Expert Grill Red and Black Soft Grip 3-in-1 Grill Brush, I immediately noticed how nice and heavy duty it was. We grilled burgers and sausage and then let the grill cool before attempting to clean it as it is not meant to be used while it is still hot. The features offered in this compact brush are really great! The handle is long and has a great grip to it, making it easy to use. The scraper tool is a strong metal that makes it easy to remove really tough areas that are sort of cooked onto the grill, and really essential to getting it clean. The wire brush was able to remove the residue left behind after the initial scraping it off. The scrub brush was great for getting a really clean finish after removing all of the debris with the scraper and wire brush. The large hole in the handle makes storage very easy and convenient and we just hang it in the garage until the next time we need it. Very practical and easy tool to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that likes to grill and likes to keep things simple and not have a lot of extra tools hanging around taking up space!

Heavy Duty & Versatile Grill Brush!

The Expert Grill Brush, Soft Grip 3-in-1 Nylon Barbecue cleaner is extremely easy to use.  It effectively gets off all the burnt on food and debris.  I dipped the brush in soapy water and just began to scrub.  The debris came off very easily.  The brush has a pad-like sponge on one side, a brush on the other, and a blade on the side.  The brush is easy to hold, and it stays steady in your hand as you use it.  I like the long handle, which makes it very easy to reach into corners.

Excellent cleaner

Sturdy brush that feels solid in your hand. Works great for after grilling clean up. Bristles are strong with a little give to allow them to maneuver a bit and get into harder to reach areas. Opposite side has a cleaning pad. It is terrific for overall grill clean up, burner and holding area clean up as well. A little soap and water is all you need. One note, as shown in photo, it is glued on so will not tolerate a heavy hand without pulling loose away from the plastic. Scraper end does it's job well. Very pleased.

A must have for grilling season

The item is big and nice but the seller is a total nature killer !!! They sent our order with a huge box along with so many plastics like it would protect a metal item. I hate this, it is so much waste. I wish I could've bought from the store

Terrible seller, good quality item

This Grill cleaning tool is very heavy and substantial.
The scraping tool on the end is metal, however the red bristles seem to be a heavy plastic as well as the scouring pad. 

Due to the plastic elements, it is rated for "Cold Clean[ing]" only. I would have liked for the bristles to have been metal and allowed for warm grill cleaning as it seems like that would be the easier time to clean the grill. Plus, I often turn on the heat before I realize I should've cleaned the grates.

The scouring pad shows significant wear after just one good cleaning, so that part won't hold up well at all, although I really use the bristles most often.

Overall, I do think this tool is worth its Walmart price and will do a good job on my grill for at least a full season.

Very Substantial Grill Tool

Let me start by saying this was a great brush for use on a cold grill - easy to use, did a great job cleaning, and I appreciate the “plates” for the bristles and pad were removable for cleaning. A great feature! 

All that to say until my husband grabbed it not paying attention and melted the bristles together when he put it on a hot grill. Lesson learned the hard way! Ooops!

Good Brush… but only for cold grills!

I was really thrilled to finally get a grill brush that didn’t have those steel bristles that always pricked my fingers and hurt like the dickens trying to get them out!  This one has hard nylon bristles so no getting stuck in my fingers or NO chance of a steel bristle getting in the food!  This 3-in-1 really does clean the grill well but, unfortunately, the soft scrubber pad was only good for barely one cleaning.  Please see my before and after pictures below.  This is probably not a buy in my opinion if you need to use the soft scrubber head more than once.  For the price, I might buy it again but would be more looking to get it much cheaper!

Works Very Well, Once….

It is BBQ season and having a good brush to clean the grill is essential.  I ordered this online and received it quickly. It came in a bag and also plastic bubble wrap. It did not have any labels or instructions included, so I did a little research online for Expert Grill brushes. I am glad I did because I noted this has a heavy brush pad on one side and what appears to be very stiff fiber bristles on the opposite side. I usually heat up my grill and brush really good prior to adding any food to the grill. This would have totally ruined the brush from what I have read.  I did test it out on a cold grill and it cleaned the surface fairly well, but not as well as when it is hot using a wire type brush.  I do really like the longer handle for easy leverage and also helps when the grill is hot, but not in the future for this brush.  I say it is okay until your grill needs a major cleaning, so depending on what you cooked last, this may suffice with once your grill is cooled down, but if it is quite messy, you will work more with this brush. It will work, but it has limitations.

Only for cold/cool grills surfaces

I grill all the time so when I got this I was excited to use it. Loved the color and the handle fit nicely in my hands and hhas a good grip. Main issue was the red plastic scrapers melted right away after one use. I liked the fact that they were not metal due to all the issues those cause when grilling out- pieces get into the food and can cause severe issues however I think I will stick with the metal scrapers as I can't afford to go through one of these plastic ones every two weeks. Very bummed. Will try to use it again and will change my review if I deem necessary.
