Yes, it&#39;s too small for a teenager. I would suggest at least a 40lb bag. Everlast makes one you can buy for around $40.00.  Same materials an design as this one and suitable for for teens an adults.

The gloves don't really fit my hands but I can get my hands in them.
I am an adult male with large hands. The way that they are made makes them fit a wide range of sizes. They should fit any kids hands.

Youth is all I know. He is 10 and has an average hand.

It's a great deal... everything is included. I had been looking for a punching bag for long time. The price on this combo was so good that I bought it as soon as I saw. Otherwise gloves itself are for $20. Everything is good and as colorful and good quality as shown in the picture.

My boys are 8 and 7. This is perfect for them.  Came with everything and had no problems hanging it up.  My brother helped me hang it in our garage.

The packaging was torn, but all parts were included and in good shape. My 3 kids and their friends love it.

My 3 year old loves this!! We had to go buy a chain from Home Depot to hang it in our basement. It comes with everything you need to hang on a stand but we wanted it attached to the beam in the basement. It also had a mini poster on how to wrap your hands! It's great exercise for my son!

This bag is light which makes it easier for someone to put it up or take it down. The gloves are not too small so I could get my large hands in them also. Everything you need comes with the bag. The hanger has the screws with it also. I looked at larger bags and this one is made with the same material and constructed the same way. It's just shorter. This bag moves a good bit when my daughter hits it and she seems to like it that way. I'm sure it is improving her eye to hand because the bag is never in the same place.

Good for kids.

This thing comes with everything even the chain to hold the bag in place on the bracket.  At first we thought we only got one strap for wrapping my daughter's hand but they are just velcroed together. This thing is really sturdy and well made, no loose seams, perfect size gloves for kids and heavy enough not to knock the kids back when they punch with all their might.  We hung it in the basement and she (and her little brother) use it everyday. They think its cool to mimic the boxing style of the famous boxers we watch on Saturday nights.

Worth every penny

Our son is 8 yrs. old  and 80lbs. This is a great starter kit for him. The gloves run small and had to go buy bigger ones the next day.

Item was received faster than expected. It came with everything stated. No rips or tears, everything is new with that “new car smell” so to speak. Gloves are lace less and are small/medium and meant for youths, not adults. The chain came in handy as it helped me set it up inside my home by attaching it to the pull down bar portion of my weight machine and/or hanging it by the rim outside on my kids basketball court. I'm glad I bought it from this reputable company and I know this kit will last for years to come. Nothing negative about it. If there were to be any problems with it, I know I have the piece of mind knowing I can just return it to my local Walmart instead of having to deal with the seller/manufacturer. Don't buy those ‘other' cheap sets, you get what you pay for. This kit is top quality, you won't regret the purchase.

The postage was awesome and the product was perfect size for a 8 year old. This was a gift for my Grandson. He was so excited it was exactly what he wanted.
