The EverStart battery two year Free Replacement period begins the day of the purchase and expires two years from the date of purchase. If your battery tests defective within the Free Replacement Period, we will exchange your battery for a comparable new one at no charge at any Walmart store nationwide that sells auto batteries. The replacement battery provided during the Free Replacement Period carries the remainder of the original warranty period dating from your initial date of purchase or 90 days, whichever is longer. There is no other warranty outside of the Free Replacement period and expires when you sell or transfer your vehicle. For product related questions call 888.387.8278.

I purchased the battery on Walmart.com then picked it up however it was covered in battery acid. I asked the technician in the automotive department if that was normal and he said no bit went and looked at the other batteries and they too were covered in it. He said it wasn't leaking and tested it for me which it said it was still good. He then recommended for my peace of mind to go and have it tested at auto zone well. The battery was fine indeed just dirty.

Battery purchases made in store can have the core fee refund instantly, if you have the core with you, or later, if you bring your core with your receipt. Battery purchases placed on dotcom (delivery and curbside) will have core fee refunded with a gift card once battery cores are returned to the store. The store can start the return in the returns tab, use the non-receipted returns flow, and scan (if available) or enter the upc: 19434621915. It would be recommended to return cores from online purchases at a store with an Auto Center, as they are more familiar with the core return process.
