Can I get replacement jars if I break any?

I'm under the impression that after you make any yogurt you have to strain it using a mesh sieve to drain/separate the whey. What is left is kefir.  The whey can be refrigerated and used in other recipes (check out Internet videos for more details).

Easy to use. Makes great yogurt. This was delivered to my home in 24 hours. Amazing!

Winner!

I have only made one batch so far, it turned out GREAT.
I used 2% milk and 4 oz of plain Greek Yogurt. Set it for 9-hours and when done put all seven jars in the fridge over night. I'll be making another batch this weekend and try 1% milk and see how it turns out.

Just as I had expected

I loved this yogurt maker! I followed the recipe instructions that come with it and made perfect smooth plain yogurt with 2% milk. I'll try with soy and other types of milk. The individual jars are very practical!

Fresh yogurt to go!

I've had this for about 8 months. This makes wonderful yogurt. I use 2% A2 milk and have it process for nine hours. I use the yogurt also to make sour cream (strain, then add A2 half and half to it). I would give it 5 stars except one of the jars was cracked at the base after only two or three uses, and I found another jar was cracked at the base today (after I had eaten the yogurt :-( ). I am careful with the jars and hand-wash them, so I don't see why they are so fragile. I have other jars I can use instead, and my advice is if you're going to use theirs, don't eat right from the jar. (It's difficult to see if it is cracked when it is full.)

Nice unit, lousy jars

I had a bit of trouble figuring out the right time to let the culture ferment but the machine worked well. I wanted to make Greek yogurt and the machine details said it would make Greek yogurt but when I tried to make it, it didn't make the yogurt.  Does a great job on all other yogurt.

Good for most yogurt

It does not make yogurts.  I tried everything: 7 hours, 8 hours, 9, 10, 11, 12. I sachet, 2 sachets, 2 sachets with a pot of regular yogurt. Just a Greek yogurt.  I wasted my money and my time.  Now you know what you are buying.

Bad product, does not make yogurts

Used. Bought this item and the box looked like someone punched it, kicked it, and used the product a couple of times. Not fit for use. Was supposed to be brand new. I am very disappointed at Walmart once again. This purchase was a train wreck. $72.00 wasted.
