Yes, it is included in the instuction pamplet on how to use the Euro maker. Recipes include: Yogurt flavored with preserved fruit..yogurt with jam or jelly, yogurt with syrup, yogurt with fresh fruit, yogurt with flavored with coffee. I have not followed these recipes as I am making soy yogurt. But I have followed their tips. Yogurt worked for us.

There are both recipes for cold and hot milk (180F). The cold recipe will be very runny or you can add up to 10 TBS of powdered milk (came out nice and thick this way and about 14 hours of processing).

Do u have to boil the milk b4 u put it in this machine?

The YM80 unit has an on/off unit. The YM100 has an 15 hours automatic timer that will turn of the unit after set time.

I followed the instructions and used a cooking thermometer to check the milk temp. THAT IS A MUST! Than  set the hour timer and WOW, hours later I had great, pure, yogurt. You can flavor it after it is set with jam, fruit, splenda, or eat it plain.

For what I paid, I'm pleased with the yogurt maker. Definitely like the auto shut-off. Like the manual says though, practice and experiment until you find the recipe you like. The basic recipes included are valid and work. Really enjoy mu purchase, we'll see how long it lasts.

Simple to use Yogurt Maker

Works ok but one of the glass gars was broken, have sent a request to replace one jar. Hope to receive it, but the Yogurt maker works well.
Hopefully I will get a replacement of the broken jar.

Product Ok, the package was not great.

This little yogurt maker makes wonderful yogurt. I used to do it in the oven and inside a Dutch oven. But this little machine, makes great Greek yogurt. Love the glass jars for portions size. Just follow the instructions and it's easy. It says you can use the yogurt starter, but I just buy a small plain yogurt for the whole batch. If you save some you can use it as a starter the next time. Just remember, this does not have any chemicals so you must use it within 7-10 days. Add a little honey and fruit on top. Delicious. Bought this for a friend for Christmas too, :)

Great little machine

After using it several times I have found how to make the desired texture both w/ cold or hot milk. I did find that we like to set the timer for 13-14 hours and get a firmer yogurt. Wish that it came with some powered starter just to try it. We use plain yogurt as a starter. Small cups of plain yogurt are only available at Albertson's (and their store brand only)- no small cups of plain of any brand at either Smith's or Walmart.

Looking for fresh natural foods without preservatives. This yogurt maker is easy to use (& clean) for all the fresh yogurt a family could want. Mix with fresh fruit, honey or herbs/spices for a flavourful and healthy food.

The yogurt was over-cooked which was probably my fault. But it's very nice to have it kept at the right temperature while incubating (or whatever you call it.)

works like a charm

I have used this three times now and have to say that the machines meets my expectations. Yogurt comes out very plain tasting (even a bit bitter sometimes) but you can add jams and preserves, and granola after it's ready. I tried to make flavored yogurt one time and used strawberry flavoring but the yogurt didn't really taste any sweeter or more flavorful. Overall, I would recommend anyone who loves natural yogurt to purchase this item. :)

Didn't have good results, don't recommend the manual dial. it wasn't working properly, will return it for a digital dial.
