This product is well-built and well-designed. Installation was straightforward but I do recommend planning on attaching this to a beam in your wall to support the combined weight of the arm and screen as well as the torque from moving it in and out of position. My only other recommendation is to carefully measure the arms dimensions to make sure if will fit your needs. This was not apparent to me from the diagrams I found on the website. Here are some useful measurements: The arm, mount etc extends 4" from the wall in its closed position. Add on the depth of your screen and you can plan for how much room this will take up when put away. When fully extended, the arm has a final distance from the wall of 25". Again, add the depth of the screen to get a sense of how far it will reach.

I mounted my 23 inch HP Monitor to the (ERGOTRON LX WALL MOUNT LCD ARM) from WALMART. This arm has a tension adjustment screw that allows the monitor to stay in position without sliding down. I am more than satified with this well engineered product. GREAT VALUE!!!

Excellent Communication

I'm rating the service more than the product. I am already am familiar with the product so I knew it was a quality item going into this deal and already believed it was a five star product; However, Communications are everything, so when my item arrived a week later than expected, I wasn't necessarily the nicest person regarding the tardiness, but the communications were honest and stayed honest. So if I could I would give the service person who dealt with me a 'Five-Plus' just for that type of interaction regarding our transaction all on its own.
