Great for that stuffy sinus headache. I like because it has everything I need except for the allergy medication, because I take something that works for me. It is better to take the allergy medicine separate anyway,sometimes you don't need it. It has all the active ingredients as Tylenol sinus without the price tag.

This works just as well as the name brand, but ia a bit cheaper. I like that the cooling coating on the pills is a bit less intense than the name brands. Other brands give me a bit of heartburn at timea from that. The little pill packs are a bit more putsy than other brands, but not enough that I'd not use them. Great for sinus issues, colds, and flu bugs.
