I always buy the Equate brand acetaminophen gels caps over the name brand. I have bought them multiple times. They are equally effective as the name brand. I will always look for way to save money as long as I feel the product is equivalent to the name brand.

Excellent product

These actually just as well, if not better than Tylenol. My husband went thru shoulder replacement, at first I gave him tylenol,  it worked. Then I bought WalMarts Equate Extra Strength Acetaminophen Pain Reliever, gave them to my husband and it worked quickly and relieved his pain. In my observation, these worked better %26 quicker than Tylenol.

Does the Equate brand work good? YES!!

I've found that this product is as good as or better than Tylenol as a pain reducer. As someone who suffers with chronic arthritis and lower back issues (chronic pain), I'm always seeking a means of relief for the discomfort I endure. This produce helps.

BETTER AND FASTER THAN BRAND NAME ♥️♥️

don't waste your time looking for the name brands. Walmart has excellent medication's over-the-counter or equal if not better definitely better on the price nowadays since everything so darn high.

I buy these because i cannont swallow pills, so I melt these on a spoon with water.  When hey soften up I take off the Red %26 Blue covering.  Normally it comes right off, but this last bottle was very different.  It melted so much RED dye into the spoon of water, it was terrible.  Then the covering just started melting away and it was very difficult to remove it.  I never had that problem before, I assuem it was a one time issue that someone this bottle was made inferior to the usualy product.

Surprisingly Different Coating

Well.. normally I really like these, however, I actually want a replacement of a different brand because for some reason there are broken capsules in my bottle and these I seen as I opened it. It's never happened before but I don't feel safe taking them now. I have provided a picture, I can't get all of them in the same spot but I was able to get that one half in a picture. I don't feel safe touching them either..
