I bought one, put it in the garage workbench style to hold soft and water cases with tubs of kids' outdoor toys under. I liked the fit and sturdiness so much I ordered another. I use it for gardening stuff and tasks. The shelves are sturdy, easy to put together and flexible (horizontal or vertical arrangement).

Reviewing Muscle Rack 36 x 18 x 60"H 4-Tier Shelving unit. Steel supports and particle board shelves. This might be the easiest shelving unit I have ever assembled. No need for three or four hands, it doesn't keep falling apart while you are maneuvering. Just tap each rail into the slots with a regular hammer, move on to the next, lay the shelves in, SIMPLE! The 60" height is good for my basement with 8ft ceilings and piping %26 ductwork getting in the way. Out in the garage I use the taller 72" units. Now, can we all agree that the 800 lb per shelf rating is insane, in the sense that how would you fit 800 lbs of stuff on each shelf? I have mine packed pretty full, with maybe 50-100lbs of stuff per shelf, and this unit is plenty strong for that. At less than $50 (It was some flash sale in Jan 2025) I think it was a steal. As long as you don't back your car into it, it will hold up just fine.
