I don't think so. I would go online and put in pink with white polka dot pillow cases and see what comes up. Good luck!

This bedding set is everything we expected. My little girl loves it and its super comfy!

I bought this set for my 4.5 year old Granddaughter. When she got her new bedroom set in her new house I asked her what she wanted for her theme. She quickly said pink butterflies and so the hunt began. I found this set online and instantly bought it. It is great. When I went to give it to her and we put it on her bed she was thrilled. I guess she summed it up best when she said "Nana it's perfect,i love it! Your the best Nana ever! ". I think that says it all.

Quality was what I expected & seemed perfectly functional. Pillow cases were not as seen in pic... No polka dot cover.

Almost just right...

Looks exactly as it did in the picture. I was surprised at how lightweight the quilt is. My daughter loves it. It seems to hold up well in the wash (we wash often because she still has accidents at night). No wrinkles and softer than I expected considering that they don't have a high thread count. Very, very pleased with this purchase.

I wanted this set to complete a room theme. First time ordering it, received a full sized DKNY comforter set in a neutral pattern. Not even remotely close to what this item looks like. Additionally, the smell coming from the package was so bad, we had to keep it in the garage. Shipping company apologized for the error %26 I received a refund. I was told I had to reorder to receive the correct item. 
So, I ordered the item again. Unbeknownst to me, I had to pay for shipping both times. Received the 2nd order...wrong item again. Received a full sized set....again...in a completely different pattern from what I ordered. That's it for me. I will not order again. Dream Factory needs to do better. Perhaps the item is actually out of stock or perhaps those packaging the items are overwhelmed and making errors due to the workload this time of year. I definitely frustrated with the fact that I have to pay shipping costs for an item I did not want/cannot use.

Never received item

We usually have good luck with Walmart, but this time when it mattered most, we were left frustrated and very disappointed. We ordered a butterfly bedding set for our daughter's birthday but received a mermaid set. Now we are left without the bedding for her new bed on her birthday. The packaging clearly states mermaid dreams right next to where they affixed the address label. We will certainly send it back, but it spoils the whole surprise for her.

Received wrong item

I chose this comforter because of the colors and print. It looks nice from afar. It is too thin and cheaply made. It has lot of loose strings and is very poor quality. I only kept it because it matches her room theme.
