no it wont it might help with pain but the insole wld have to fit correctly on ur foot ...

Probably not but it will support the arch while you use it

they help me a lot, I have gout and cannot wear shoes all the time. With the insoles, I am more comfortable and can wear my shoes. they do make my arch feel better.

I don't know if it fixes the problem permanently. I've had to wear them for 40 years in the shoes I wear most of the time and they have saved my feet so I can continue to be very active and on my feet for extensive amounts of time. I have several pairs so I don't have to change them from one shoe to another.

No, only muscle strengthening exercises will actually improve your arch, like curling your feet and toes and holding it. Arch supports only keep the arch from flattening out when you walk, so they help relieve arch or heel pain and they can help prevent you from over-pronating. Arch supports make a huge difference in foot mechanics when you use them, but they do not change your underlying problem, such as flat feet.

Yes, I really believe that. I can see the difference in mine already. The arch support is not ridged and really does flex so it is very comfortable. Read my review. I'm a retired, disabled nurse and wish I'd had these all those steps ago. I don't even get out of bed without putting my feet on these. If I do my feet don't like me very much.

These may not show in shoes at the ball of your foot but will show at arch and heel.

This product fits a woman's foot size 6-10. You just need to add it to your cart and go through the checkout process.

I believe the 3/4 tri-flex only comes in 2 sizes. Men=7-12 & Women=6-10. If a woman has a larger foot she would have to order the mans. I like these 3/4 length because they don't take up toe room. Read my review. I wear a size 10 and the 1st 2 pair I bought was the mans size & they are fine. These ladies I just bought don't look like they will do on my long slender foot as the heel to arch is shorter so these will be gifted to my friend who 4 sizes shorter than me. These would be just right for you.

Has anyone tried with pointy flats with sides out? Do they look okay?

I've tried a lot of different inserts to help with foot and back pain and these have worked the best. I like that they are shorter so they do not crowd the toe area in shoes. I've bought 2 more pairs for other shoes.

Pain relief

I am a server at a restaurant. From standing on the concrete floor all day (and/or night) my back and legs started hurting really bad. My mom, who is a hairstylist, recommended Dr Scholl's insoles. I am so glad she did! Instead of buying a $50+ pair of work shoes, I was able to buy these for less than $3 and feel like I am wearing new shoes.

These are amazing!

I have been using these Dr. Scholl's Tri-Comfort inserts for years. I won't wear a pair of shoes without them. I also recommend them all the time to patients needing arch supports. I wanted enough for every pair of shoes, because I don't like switching them from shoe to shoe. They can be hard to find at times. Walmart's offering was the least expensive that I have found so far, and I was able to buy ten pair. Great value!

Finally found a place to get these in quantitiy

The bottoms of my heels used to be bruised after wearing ballet flats and other "girly" shoes for work and school, etc. These inserts are great! They are comfortable and provide excellent support. The only downside is that they take up space, so if your shoes fit tightly, they will not fit with these inserts in them. Also, sometimes they squeak when I walk. Overall though, I would really recommend them for bartenders, servers, students, and other people that walk around or stand up all day.

I love this product because it gives me extra cushioning in my athletic  shoes without the firmness of personal hard orthodics.  They are inexpensive, and, although not as permanent, they do the trick of comfortably positioning the foot.

Inserts for women's shoes

I have multi painful problems with my feet. I have been wearing Dr.Schol's inserts for years in all of my shoes and they help. I would have given the Tri Comfort insert 4 stars except it slips forward alittle in the shoe. None of my other Dr. Schols slip. That said, I didn't pay much for them and I still think they were an excellent value as are all of the Dr.Schools inserts I've ever used.

Good product for the money.  This helps support my arch and cushions my pressure points.  This doesn't fit for all my shoes styles though.   I've found that it takes about 3 different types in all to do that in women's shoes.  I also bought the expensive C110 orthodics  for $50 but they don't work in all shoes either .
