my daughter loves it, after taking it to. get tuned by someone who knows what they are doing, sounds much better on cords that were off

good beginner instrument

the guitar itself is perfect but the amp is not that good i mean like it's good for the brice but it just needs more settings and idk why i didn't receive the updated amp they send the old one

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this Donner Guitar. It took very little to set-up. The price was inexpensive, but the Donner DST-200's quality was on par with guitars that cost much more. I highly recommend Donner Guitar products.

This is my granddaughters first guitar so I didn't want to get a pricey one and then she find out she doesn't want to play it. Right now she loves it. It's a full size and she handles it well. Going to start classes soon. Love the color and the feel off it.

My 13 year old grand daughter had picked this out herself for Xmas after we looked around at many other options. Since it was her first guitar, I didn't have high expectation on the quality due to the low cost. I was wrong, this was an excellent choice for someone who is starting out learning how to play.  It's hefty and the little amp is great that was sold with it.

Great guitar!

The guitar is nice smooth even neck and fret edges not to bad but the case in picture is not the one you get, like on the tele I bought. this one's real cheap. the neck pickup worked on and off.

not as advertised

I ordered this product then realized they had the wrong shipping address down so I tried to change it It wouldn't change so I called they said there was a glitch in the system and they couldn't change it either so they would cancel the order. So I went back and looked after a little while and it said order shipped so I called again and again they said they cancelled the order successfully .Finally I called a third time and the guy told me I had to wait until it says the order had arrived and then they woul issue my refund but I have a feeling I'm gonna have an issue with that as well. All in all it was a terrible and still is a terrible experience.

I don't like that I returned the guitar and my money was never refunded onto my card.

Awful return policy

I received the guitar in poor condition, there is red paint transfer all over the body of the guitar and it has an extremely deep crack that wraps around the back. When I contacted them for assistance, at first, they seemed helpful and assured me that I would receive a refund for the item. A month has gone by and I have not received any confirmation of a processed refund other than a written email with no statement, nor the refund itself. As you can imagine, it is beyond disappointing to pay almost $200 for an item that is defective.
