[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves The Little Mermaid so she was beyond excited when this doll arrived! The packaging was pretty and would make for a cute display doll for any collector. Our favorite thing about her was her super soft and silky hair with such beautiful curls! My daughter also really loved the seashell necklace as well as the purple princess style dress. We wished she would have had an articulated body since they're more fun to pose and play with, but her beauty made up for it!

The color of the dress is so pretty down to the hair of the doll is so soft and not frizzy or coarse like some. What I like the most is the shoes has clear rubber bands around them to keep them on the feet I'm guessing so you don't lose them which is a plus for me and my family . Nothing hurts worse then stepping on barbie shoes.   The doll seems well made not it's holding up to my 3 year old with no problem. She has detail down to the lipstick and necklace and the curls to the end of her hair. I'm happy with this doll and so is my daughter.

This was a very welcome addition to their collection. It is very well made. She has held up to several playtimes, and her hair hasn't gotten as messy as some of the others.

Her dress is beautiful, hair is so soft and perfectly placed. Her necklace has to be my daughter's favorite part of this doll as she has the shell necklace with Ariel's voice.

I can say i love the doll but i don't hate her, i mean I grow up with the original Mermaid, the doll seems a little generic and the quality not very good. I just don't sense the evil look a human version or ursula should have.
