Pumpkin requires two (2) AAA-Alkaline batteries for feature operation in the magic princess scepter wand — these batteries ARE included
with purchase. With that said, however, these batteries are for
in-store “Try Me” purposes and may not be full strength. For the
features to operate correctly, fresh alkaline batteries should be used.

Pumpkin won't move, and every button pushed on the wand says the same thing. "I'm pumpkin, pleased to meet you." It's not in try me mode.

The palace pup follows the direction of the remote. It is so cute and it meets my expectations. The fur also looks so real!!

Pumpkin is sure cute and does everything it claims to do with no problems on our carpet. But her tail falls off way too easily, that I am considering returning it. Her tutu and everything falls off way too easily too, but that doesn't bother me as much as the tail. Very poor design of the tail!
