Chaep but can be made to work Right out of box the carrier doesn't work because the two catches cannot go into position as they are supposed to. I have to disassemble the two locks and then assemble them back again at the right position. It can be used but I would like to have the two side ties. However, it is the cheapest bike carrier I can find. 09/15/2007
