I got this about a month ago and have used it about five times so far.  It's easy to set up and clean, does a great job.  It folds up back into its box so it is easy to store.  A very nice addition to the kitchen.

Love the easy way you can use this and how you can store the blades.   Stays put on counter and cuts evenly and easy to clean.  I looked for a long time until I found this mandoline

A Kitchen Must Have

it's an easy product to use. Excellent instructions ( which I used the first time ) 
So far I have mainle used it for slicing vegetables and fruit
I would buy it again, and it would be a super gift

easy to use, even for a beginner

This mandoline is wide enough for most foods, adjusts easily and cuts well. The extra blades are in the unit, pull out to retrieve: this is not clear in the instruction booklet so at first I thought I was missing parts.

Works well

I have owned many different mandolines previously however this one trumps them all. I sliced potatoes and julienned carrots and all sorts of vegetables with it. Safe and easy to use.

There has never been a better mandoline!

Overall it works very well, a couple of times I have caught the plastic of the holder in the blade, but I think that is just me, you need the right pressure and rhythm and then that won't happen.  Makes perfect potatoes for au gratin and galette ! Also made light work of cabbage for salads.  Very easy to clean in a sink of soapy water, I like that part a lot, as gadgets that take fussing to clean are often not worth using, this cleans up quickly and easily.

VERY USEFUL

Great tool, and a must for anybody who cooks at home. Has essential features such as control over thickness of cut as well as additional implements to cut thin or thicker strips (like julienne or french fries). Easy to use and looks fairly solid. It is not meant to substitute professional, all metal devices for a commercial kitchen use, but should be sufficient to home cook.

If you cook - you need this!

I purchased the mandolin about a month ago and I've used it more than i thought I would ☺
Love how I can slice potatoes on an almost daily basis quick and easy!!

So easy to use

I bought this recently and have used it a few times.  I am happy with it so far.  However, I did not get all three blades with my mandoline.  I only got one, the slicing blade.   It would be nice to have all three.

Missing Parts

Very difficult to use. The vegetable holder holds food very poorly besides leaving about a half inch unreachable to the blade. I would suggest getting a mandoline with a V-shaped cutting blade.
