Thought All Veggie Oils Were The Same
I thought all veggie oils were the same until I used another brand when the store didn't have any Crisco. The whole family had a negative comment on my pan-fried chicken strips which I make often. I did notice that they were not cooking as evenly as normal and the color was not that appetizing. The only thing I did different that day was use a different veggie oil . Never doing that again. I will stick with Crisco no matter what.
