I gave this as a gift to a friend who has 3 year old twins. I was trying to find something to keep them busy for a few minutes! She says they absolutely love it and so does she.

Great preschool gift

This item is great! The magical thing about it is, because the inks are clear, the magical stamper holder,  which takes three double A's, not included,  lights up in the color that you're using so that you know what it is. It's also compatible with all of the other color wonder stampers, so no need to buy any extra hardware,  though when you buy other stamper sets, they come with the stamper holder,  just in case you have one of those, but don't have this one .  This one comes with 10 different under the sea stampers, and at the great price that I paid for it, it is totally worth it! There's also a cover that keeps the ink from drying out quickly.   It also comes with three primary color mini markers and a pad with color wonder paper so that you aren't forced to go buy a bunch of paper right away, though your child is going to love it so much that you will need more.   Because it is color wonder, the ink will not show up on anything other than the special paper. It will not show up on your child, their clothing, your floors, furniture, walls, etc.   The stamper holder snaps into its own little hole, the markers store in their own spaces, and all of the stampers staff in their own two places five high like poker chips right in the unit.  The one thing that I wish that I knew before I bought it was, once the ink dries out, you can't buy new ink pads for it, you have to contact Crayola, and they will replace them if they dried out prematurely.

kind of boring for a child.  Like the concept, but the stamps are very small and if they aren't loaded up with the "special" ink the figures are barely visible.  Then, to color them in is even more difficult.
