Yes but it doesn&#39;t state it on the package like most do. However, you ha e to let it &quot;dry&quot; first otherwise it smears.

it comes in a wateerproof formula which i feel holds the curl of the lashes better

The one I purchased wasn&#39;t waterproof, but they might have one that is not quite sure though. The packaging usually will say if its waterproof or not.

The one in the picture is not waterproof, they usually do have a version that is with every mascara they make! It will say Waterproof on the front and usually has a droplet of water next to it on the package, hope that helps!

Soap and water will quickly remove this mascara.

No, it isn&#39;t and it comes fairly easy when washing face to remove makeup. It is deffinately a wonderful mascara though!

They have both water proof and regular versions.

Supersize is not labeled as a Waterproof mascara. However, it is Opthalmologically tested, suitable for those who wear contact lenses.

I was really surprised how well the brush separated the lashes for how short the bristles are, and I love how lightweight the wand is. It gives your lashes volume and boldness without much effort. I'm writing this review for a contest to win a prize. I'm very skeptical when it comes to trying new mascaras. I can never find that perfect one that makes my eyelashes look amazing, so I usually just stick to what I know. But as I stated I purchased this for a contest and I figured I would try it out. From the first swipe to putting it on, I fell in love. It adds so much volume to my lashes and really does super size them and make them stand out. With the lightweight wand I was able to effortlessly reach in the corners to maximize all parts of my eyelashes, and it didn't even clump!! I bought the "very black" color. Cover girl has went above and beyond with this one! They definitely have made a lifelong customer out of me.

This is the mascara I currently use. Between turning 30 and having c*vid related hair loss, including lashes, my lashes are nowhere near where they used to be. Because of this, I need a heavy duty mascara! This one adds so much length and volume! I feel like I have my old lashes back!

First off, I had to go to three different Walmart locations before finding a store that actually had the product out. That was frustrating, but when I saw that the price was less than $6 my frustrations ended. This is a great value for someone who does not or cannot afford to spend much on beauty products.

The display was so snazzy, jazzy!! I love the colors. It is perfect for the summer months.

I couldn't wait to try it out, so I applied it to one eye in my vehicle--which was humid and hot. Then I drove home to snap a picture. The applicator has lots of little bristles that seem to coat each eye lash individually. The actual mascara is light weight. It covered my lashes with one coat. I was excited because it normally takes two coats for my long thick lashes.

The biggest thing for me was that the mascara did not run. It stayed on. There were no flakes, sweat marks....nothing. It stayed where it was supposed to.

Overall, I think this mascara is spot-on with all the advertisements. With so many products on the market, it can be overwhelming. Covergirl always lives up to the standard.
