No. Maybe because I didn't put mine in the dryer---doesn't take long to dry.

I bought these for my mother to wear as pj's in a skilled nursing home. Due to the regulations of everything being laundered in hot water, I bought a size larger. Buying for myself, I would buy the regular size, wash in cold water, and dry in the drier.

Wash in cold water, line dry, and air fluff when dried to prevent any shrinkage. If you find there was no shrinkage, you could dry on low the next time.

Not so far & have been washed & dryed several times

I have washed these numerous of times in cold water and place in the dryer and have not had any occurrence of shrinkage. They still fit just like when I first purchased them. Both the top and leggings are still soft, warm and snuggly and fit like a glove.

No.I disagree w the reviewer,see my review.Not the striped black and grey versions though if one is very curvy and preferred a tight tight fit it could be revealing more than your personal preference possibly.Not designed to be slouchy but also allows a fair amount of give so I might suggest that one consider body type, if extra curvy one might consider supportive underwear.

You can Not see thru these. I have the gray and black striped ones and they are thick, more like a pajama bottom thickness. Hope that helps!

I would suggest that these are better if worn under your jeans or slacks as they have the texture more like a smooth high quality type thick panty. They are silky to the touch and I personally would not wear them under a skirt unless it was ankle length and could not be seen while wearing.

It's thick enough to wear as leggings inside or outside the house, depending on your preference of warmth. When worn as underwear, it makes your clothes fit a bit snug.

They tend to look thicker after being laundered. Just like the fleece blankets in the store look fluffier once washed.

These are not leggings but long underwear.

I doubt very seriously that people will be able to see through them while wearing them. I have a black pair of these fleece leggings and they are the thickness of a normal fleece material. Although they are not a heavy thickness, they are opaque if that helps. I just love them and I would recommend to take the plunge and purchase a pair. You can't go wrong if you want your legs to stay warm. If you don't like them, you always have the option to return them. :)

Can you see through these leggings when they are on?

It could be both.This is NOT a thin version, don't know why someone said that, prob they got confused with another style .The cuddle duds brand makes several long underwear styles,versions that are different, most are thinner, some are silky,so check those out if you want a thinner and /or T shirt fabric feel or more slip-like long underwear.
Also if you are picky or have specific activity needs, another idea is to consider 100% pure silk long underwear-not cheap , not easy to launder,available in sports supply/outdoor/ski supply stores-gives the purists ultimate combo of warmth AND non bulky thin base layer.
Refer to my review if you wish to read it.It is fleece, (sort of like a vest made of fleece if that helps) and stretchy. In other words, kind of furry and a knit fabric to be able to stretch .I personally would not wear under jeans, I have the impression it would feel restrictive, unless you wear looser work type jeans. Keep in mind they are not like slick or nylon slippery, since they are as described "fleece" that raised texture is going to give a different feel when an outer layer is on top. Probably could be worn as long underwear if what you're layering it with is more slick like nylon or polyester slinky , puffy snow pants on top for say an outdoor walk would work fine. I wear as leggings under a skirt or long top.They are fine for outside but could also double as non baggy pajamas , though might get too warm or sweaty unless you are outdoor camping or keep indoors frugally cold. Hope this helps a little I like these ,they are not junior sized,nor over sized or baggy on average figures.

If you are familiar with this brand (or not) they do make long underwear to wear under your clothes, it is made out of a silky material on one side and the inside is soft, it almost reminds me of a slip like material.This is not it. This is thicker, I believe to be worn as pajamas. Could you fit them under your jeans? If you don't wearskin tight jeans, I tthink you probably could. Waist is going to be higher than your jeans tho. I only wear these under jeans and slacks. These are light weight type leggings. The texture is more like that of a high quality type panty material. They are smooth and silky to the touch.

Thick enough to wear as legging. If worn as underwear, it may cause your clothes to fit a bit snug.

Defiantly not for under Jeans! Their thick/warm and meant to be worn alone! I didn't know either till mine arrived! :-)

I was looking for a warm comfy pair of pajamas for cold nights. I found them!
I have worn Cudi duds (thermal) for years, so thought I would try the fleece lined this time.
They are soft and warm. The fit is true to size, and they wash and tumble dry great.
A good pair of p.j's for 20 dollars is a good find.....

Good quality at a Good price

I have spent so much money on trying to find leggings that don't bag in the knees or stretch out, and finally found these! I'm 5'4 and 127 pds and the size small fits great! Anyone above 130 pds should probably think about getting a medium. I wear them on cold nights with a sleep shirt, and there the warmest pair I've ever bought! Since then, I've stocked up because you never know when Walmart discontinues stuff, and these go out of stock FAST! I have 2 pair in each color!
