Purchased a new grill online at a sale price.  It was delivered quickly. It was easy to put together after studying the directions and putting it together and then redoing it to get it right. One hour later I had my grill finished and grilled up some chicken breasts.  UMMM good.

Love this grill, the ease of cooking and repeatability!  Even heat that makes grilling a delight.  Never burnt, unless I try to and easy to clean.  This is my 3rd and for the $, you can’t beat it.

The delivery was rather a surprise. I did not know of any text I missed. However since I have Parkinsonism, I had to have my handyman put it together. He understood the directions, and quickly constructed the grill.
    The big box was empty. He connected a container of gas. He then christened the grill with steaks for us and them. Steaks were great. I will have a good summer using my new grill.

Great grill! The assembly instructions included are terrible. If not for customer service suggesting we view the instructions online and then enlarge the photos, we would have returned the grill. We also had to use YouTube!

I like the grill the only thing that I don't like is the cooking grates are hard to clean even when you go by the directions.

The fact that there are only wheels on one side makes the grill difficult to move, especially in a small space.  Also, food builds up in the grooves and there is no way to scrape it off into some reserve or the bottom of the grill.  (It says that using the clean mode turns food into ash, but I have not found that to be the case.) You have to either remove the grates & clean them or I use an ash vacuum to suck up the crumbs.

The grill cooks much hotter than previous grills I've owned.  I have to keep the grill on low and even then the temperature stays around 400 degrees.  It does heat very quickly.  Also, there is propane escaping even with all of the controls turned off. The only way to stop the propane from leaking is to turn it off at the bottle after each use.  Otherwise, I like the grill.

Love it but a few quirks

Everything is so flimsy and  so cheaply made. Very disappointing.

Poor quality

The product was missing the wheels and the grates. The packeage has been sent to someone prior to me. Retaped and looks like the box was air dropped from a plane. I need to get a new one or a refund thank you.
