wanted an analog watch that did not have a dial light or other extras. Also, wanted a dial that could be read with somewhat limited vision. (In my experience, dial lights are seldom bright enough; they just run the battery down prematurely. )
Also, the watch qualified for ShippinPass free 3-day shipping.

The bonus is that in addition to being a very good value, the watch has a pleasing appearance. The one question I have is how long the leather watch band will last.

Very good-looking "vanilla" watch.

i love this watch, it's so comfortable and has a very easy to see dial. the band looks like real leather and the bright tan color is very pleasing. this watch will go with any casual outfit and is definitely one that you'll end up wearing everyday. for a good basic watch, this is it!

this is a very cute watch!

I am ecstatic about my new watch. I had one similar to this one years ago and when I wore it til it wouldn't run anymore (which was a long, long time) I couldn't find another one like it. Now that I'm getting older I need large numbers on the face so I can see them and this fits the bill. Also love the color of the tan band. Goes with everything I wear. AND it's a Timex which is the best quality brand in my opinion. Couldn't be happier!!!!

I bought this watch for my mom (age 62) for Christmas. She doesn't like a lot of flash and glamour. She loves this watch. The face is large enough for her to see well and it's still feminine and nice.

Great Simple Watch

I bought this for my mother, she's 92 and wanted a watch with a strap and fairly large numbers. This fit the bill, and she loves it.

Just what I was looking for.

The only thing missing is Indiglo. It is big enough, that the time is easily seen. Yet it is still very pretty on the wrist, looking feminine as well.

Beautiful

This Timex watch keeps good time, it is attractive and best of all I can see the hands and numbers without my bifocals on! It is truly a pleasure to start back wearing a watch! I didn't know how much I missed it until I started wearing this new one! I have picked Timex for my watch, because I learned a long time ago that I could depend on them! When I was very young I chose a beautiful watch that would not work on my wrist. I could lay it in my drawer and it would start back working and would try it again. I promised myself that I would never be that foolish again, and have used Timex every since! My first Timex watch was given to me by my brother when I was fourteen as a Christmas gift. I loved it. It was very tiny and delicate looking with two tiny diamonds on either side of the band. Gosh! That was almost 50 years ago and I remember it like yesterday. Timex is a very dependable company. The band always breaks before the watch gives out! You can replace a band a lot easier than the entire watch. Timex has watches for every price range so everyone can own a Timex watch!

This is a good little watch, but I agree with one review that said the color was orange. I was looking for a tan watch to coordinate with a maple/tan color handbag. This looked like it would match. I actually put it against a pumpkin, and the match was perfect. Sadly returned to store.

Too small for my taste

I spent several hours shopping on the internet looking for just the right watch that I could read with old eyes. Since I found it on the Walmart web site, I also ordered three items of clothing. The clothing was sent to my home, but for some reason Walmart felt it necessary to deliver a three inch cubic box containing my watch to the store. I shop onlline to AVOID stores during holidays, but I was forced to stand in line for over an hour to simply pick up my watch instead of Walmart delivering it to my home. A dreadful waste of time, and I doubt seriously if I'll ever order anything from Walmart.com again. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a watch which was easy to read.
