I'm so glad that my daughter recommended shopping for a floor lamp at Lamps Plus.  Lots of choices.  The lamp that I chose was very easy to assemble.  It was very easy to assemble.  I purchased a LED bulb from Lamps Plus.  It is giving me the light that I need to see to knit, sew, or read during the long winter nights.

The bronze color of this lamp is perfect and looks great with my transitional decor.  Super easy to assemble.  I love it!

Perfect Lamp

I hesitated to purchase an item that cannot be returned directly to Walmart, but there was no need.  The lamp arrived in good packaging and assembled easily.  I like that it has vertical adjustment because I use it for reading by a low chair in the den.  I'm about to place a re-order to put by another cozy chair where I will likely read or do fiber arts work.  It's bright enough for close work and can be turned aside for a more ambient light if you don't need the task lighting.  The oiled bronze finish is dark, the quality and style are pleasing.  Here's hoping I get two good ones in a row!

We are very pleased with the lamp. We replaced a similar style lamp and were glad to be able to find another one that serves our needs. It is both attractive and functional. The lamp is very well designed for ease of adjustment for just the right height. It would be helpful to have more detailed instructions.

Just what we were looking for

Perfect for my purposes ---- reading and hand sewing.  Blends in with my other decor. A nice Christmas gift to myself.

Always very very happy with my Lamps Plus purchases!!   Never and customer service is great!   This pharmacist lamp is perfect for just about anywhere…very useful and a great accent to any room!!

I gave 4 stars because of the weak attachment of the shade assy to the support rod. I have read other comment that the shade has a tendency to snap off. I imagine this happens when pulling too hard on the pull chain/switch. 

Fit and finish was good and it was easy to assemble. You just have to be careful threading the rods together so they don't cross-thread.
The best bulb is a tubular type for focused light. I use 60W Equivalent, Clear, 6 Watt, LED Dimmable Standard T10 2-Pack - Style # 61A62, (on this site)

Pretty Good Lamp

This lamp in the “rust” finish complements the copper and warm tones in our decor.  I almost returned it when I finally realized that the power cord is not fully encased in the metal stand.  However, that part of the lamp doesn't show in the spot we use it, so we get to enjoy the “everything else is perfect”

Nice lamp, good size.  The base is well weighted.  Wish the power cord came out of the bottom of the base though so it was a little easier to hide... full length is completely exposed.

Lamp only about 2-3 years old.  Pull chain became extremely difficult to pull to turn light on and off.  Finally broke off completely.  No way to repair. This lamp looks nice but is of poor quality.  I would not purchase again. Used by two retired adults.
