Also, I'm 5 foot exact, so these go up to my knee, which is what I was hoping for even though it says "mid-calf". The buckles can be adjusted not just decorative. It's exactly what I hoped for plus more. 10/17/2012

However, they were too narrow for my calves, since I am a Plus Size woman. Had to return. Would recommend plus size women to think twice before ordering these boots.
