Brinkmann Q-Beam 12V DC Spotlight

Both on-line, and in stores Walmart lists their "Q-Beam Maxmillion III" light as "out of stock". But this light (found by searching for the manufactures part number" is the same product. Just an error in Walmart's system. I had it delivered to my house and it arrived without any damage (Shocking for Fedex!!). The product is great, but the cord supplied is unusably short, so you'll want to go to the hardware store and get 15' of "2/12 outdoor light wire" and solder that in-line between the plug and factory cord. The factory cord is actually 2/18 wire with LOTS of insulation, but the heavier wire for the extension will prevent ANY loss due to added length. I also took my light apart on arrival and found that the ground wire is held in place by a screw that was about to fall out. Even tightened, it attaches the wire to THIN metal, and will need to be secured by adding solder if you don't want the light to flicker on and off from the bad connection. It's a GREAT light, at a GREAT price, just needs a little help to be all it should be.
