Yes the unit has the metal slides for the drawers. No its not difficult at all to slide out.

The drawers are on rollers and and has a guider on the end so to not to come all the way out. It is not difficult and does not look cheap.

It is a good buy for the money

The drawers slide out easily and have a metal rail inside.

Pretty easy to put together. I actually use this in my kitchen for extra storage. Looks good and works great.

Bought this to sit between two 5 shelf mainstays alder wood bookshelves in my living room. The color matches perfectly and gives the living room an excellent composed look. Easily constructed but certainly feels very steady and stable.

Solid Piece

I ordered this online, not expecting much, once put together, it is a very sturdy piece of furniture for the boys room. They put a TV on it, the cable box and playstation in the slot below the TV and use the drawers for games, etc.

Pleasantly surprised!

I bought this for my son in his room. I love that its a dresser/tv stand. It gave him more space in his room to play. I always shop around to find the best deal and this was certainly the best deal. The only problem we had was putting it together. Most of the pieces werent lettered at all. Luckily my husband knew what he was doing but if I were to try and do it myself I would have been stuck and aggravated. It did take my husband an hour or more to assemble because it was more like a puzzle than a how to.

Great for what I needed.
