Rated 5 out of 5 by LampXManiac This lamp looks very sophisticated and actually makes my old lamp look out of place. I love that it has 3-way bulb/lighting (top portion of lamp). The base is very sturdy and heavy so that it doesn't tip over. I haven't installed a bulb for the reading lamp part but it requires a 11-watt CFL which I don't have yet and have to buy. The 11-watt bulb is maximum and seems a bit low for me, but I haven't used it and can't comment on the brightness. As for the top portion of the lamp that faces the ceiling, 3-way lighting is awesome and it really brightens the room when needed. 03/06/2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tasia20 Great Sturdy Lamp No complaints about this lamp. The design is perfect, its a bit heavy, but I'm a small person. The directions could be a little better, luckily my husband came home in time to figure out what I couldn't. I love the two lights and the top light is 3-way so it has 3 different levels of lights! Can't go wrong with this lamp. Although I've had to place it in my bedroom, I would say that it is more for a den or study. 02/27/2013
