I recently purchased the beautiful XL griddle. The cord being long enough to reach my plug under my kitchen table was a big plus for me. Tonight I decided on some cheese quesadillas and they were perfectly heated in seconds! The heating on the cook top is consistent and fast! The splatter guard can be used on either side of the griddle. The flexibility of this product is something any mom in a hurry to feed her family will desire! Make the purchase, treat yourself!

Beautiful Griddle!

I love this griddle you can literally make anything on it ! I have made breakfast lunch and dinner on it! It cooks perfectly! I'm actually ordering one for my Bestfriend as we speak !

Best Griddle Ever!

My daughter bought one of these and I had to have one as soon as I saw it! Anyone who has ever cooked on an industrial griddle is going to LOVE this thing! Heats evenly and accurately, and the food is great as well as healthier than cooking in oil and grease. Clean up is also so so easy! So glad I made this purchase.

I'm in Love

The grill arrived quickly but unfortunately one of the clips was broken from the metal shield. I hope Walmart reaches out to me to send me a new metal shield/guard. Once they do I’ll give this grill a 5 star. I’ve used it only once and the steak and shrimp turned out fantastic. Simple to use and clean. No other complaint except this piece needs to be wrapped better to keep the metal clips from breaking during delivery.

Arrived damaged-customer service requested

This grill was scratched and the teflon on top is  scratched also. The box had nothing inside to protect it from damage. Cannot return. I'm using it anyway.

This came to me dirty and used out of the box. The cord looks burnt. I've never used this and won't so I can't speak to how well it works but be careful because they will send you a dirty used one.

the grill stop working right after the second used, the connector were the power supply goes burn. i had have other grills and never had this type of issue.

Listen to the comments from these reviews, my griddle also arrived busted. Not only busted in the back, but smashed in the front. So I go to start a return and now Walmart is telling me that color is out of stock. I was so excited for this item to cook Christmas morning breakfast and have it matched the rest of my collection. I wish this item was sold somewhere other than Walmart, so that it would arrive intact. Definitely ruined my weekends

Arrived broken like everyone else's:(

I bought this griddle in March. Since having it, I have noticed that the left side doesn't cook the food very well. You cannot cook eggs on this griddle at all. The griddle is made to be tilted so the eggs will just drain into the grease catcher. We use this griddle frequently. I've noticed a burn look over the top of the griddle. I'm unsure if this is safe or if this could cause issues in the future but I've only had it for 4 months now and it already looks this way. Honestly, buy the cheaper griddle and don't pay just for the name. It's a beautiful griddle, but it doesn't work as well as I hoped. I will probably end up buying the $25 griddle. I know many people who have and love that one. I just hoped this one would be better.
