I was pleased with the fast and efficient way of ordering online.  I especially liked the convenience of the Walmart App for online shopping. I bought  The ( Margot Robbie ) Barbie Movie  Doll and it is so incredibly life-like and the resemblance to the actress is astounding.

I had an excellent experience with Walmart Stores.

Looks great! Felt like a kid getting a new Barbie again. Probably better, actually, than the Barbie's I got as a kid. Definitely way better than whatever cheap bs Mattel has been producing in the last decade. No plan on opening it so I'm just going off of how it looks in the box.

Absolutely love the doll, but hate Walmarts packaging. The doll it's self is still in good condition however, she was shipped in a bubble mailer and the box was completely destroyed. I was planing on leaving her in the box but I guess I'm gonna take her out anyways.

Packaged Bad

I received my order pretty quickly, however, no attempt was made to protect the item, so it arrived in a pretty beat up box. It was simply tossed in a plastic bag to be sent. The doll itself is fine thankfully.

Good deal, but poor shipping

Was so disappointed once I opened the package to see her bangs were just so jenk! My mom had the same issue with hers as she bought online as well. I would have kept if I was going to debox %26 wash her hair out, but instead I sadly returned her. The box had been crushed on the bottom half and contained creases on the sides. I will definitely be going in store to pick out a better one.

The Barbie I purchase was delivered very defected because of shipping and the floppy bag they put the Barbie in ruined the Box everywhere and then FedEx set it on the bottom of my steps so anybody can just take him didn't even send it by my door Walmart's supposed to be fixing this we'll see if they do I will redo my review I'll let you know

Ruin my product from the shipping damaged box

I rush delivered and paid extra to have this delivered for my daughters birthday today. I got an already opened box and Barbie which was not secured and the order label was placed across the front of the box so it ruined the front of the box. I had to reorder again for today and pay again extra to have another one delivered. I don't have a car. Not what I expect when I order a product! Why would they send a box with packaging tape on it!!? I bought it for a teenager who will want to keep it in the box displayed. Not played with.

Sent already opened product not new!

It was shipped out in a bubble mailing bag. The box is completely broken and disfigured and the product looks terrible. I paid for a collector's Barbie and this is just shameful. I want my money back. This looks terrible and it's not like I can just buy another one.

Terrible Packaging and Shipping

I bought this Barbie doll, as a gift for my granddaughter's.  See attached photos as to how it was packaged %26 delivered.   My granddaughter leaves all her Barbies in their box…..this one is totally ruined.
I am very disappointed.
