This is a very realistic looking grocery store with grocery cart and check out, and lovely Barbie doll at a very good price.

My daughter absolutely loves this play set! She's obsessed with shopping and Barbie's and this was perfect for her 6th birthday. She loved the conveyer belt feature. The tiny food pieces are a bit hard for her to attach to the display though, but not too difficult. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

This is so cute and I like the concept however, I think it's made for an older child because of the small pieces And the buggy is fragile. A little overpriced in the store however I was able to get it online for less than $20.

Barbie, go shopping

This has made hours of fun for my daughter. There are so many different groceries she can shop for. I especially love how pieces are made to lock into the shelves so they aren't rolling off the table into the floor. I ordered online and received an extra $10 off the current price at our local store so that really made it worth the money!

I received the Barbie Shop for a Dinner Party set from Mattel's Play Rate Review program a few days ago. I received it for free in exchange for an honest review. My 4 years old daughter absolutely loves it. She likes how there are little grocery pieces that she can pretend Barbie is shopping for. I love that the grocery items are healthy food options instead of junk food. She can play with this set for extended periods of time, often bringing Skipper and Chelsea (Barbie's sisters) to shop with Barbie. I like how there are parts, such as the scale and conveyor belt, that she would actually see in a real grocery store. In order to go shopping again, she needs to put all the groceries back on the shelves. I like this because it teaches her to clean up after herself and to take responsibility for keeping the store clean. My 7 years old son often plays with her and I think the set is fun enough to hold the interest of an older child. The only negative about the set is that the basket falls off of the shelf every time my daughter tries to remove any item from the shopping rack. It would have been better if the basket also attached to the shelves like the other items. As a conservative Mom, I also wish Barbie was wearing something a woman would more realistically wear to the market, such as jeans and a t-shirt. Overall, it is a wonderful set that I would not hesitate to buy for my kids. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Package was destroyed and part of the toy was bent when we opened it :-( I wrapped the shipping box and when the gift was opened, the actual Barbie package was severely damaged. Part of the register display is bent and can't be fixed. Very disappointed…. The actual shipping box was fine. It appeared to have been dropped or something before being placed in the shipping box.

Packages  arrived on time and everything was there, but it went to the wrong address. Thank goodness you guys take pictures because we were able to see which wrong house it went to and we were able to retrieve it. Just some constructive criticism for future reference… Bad Mistake
