Hi Nona- the Spinwave is designed for use on sealed hard floors and uses washable mop pads. Unpainted concrete may be a bit rough on the pads.

Beth  I don&rsquo;t think it would clean a stain that won&rsquo;t go away. That may require scrubbing the tile by hand and possibly using a chemical. I&rsquo;m not sure. The Bissell spin wave is more on the lines of a swiffer, Yet the two round pads underneath spin continuously. You squirt the liquid out by touching a button on the handle. It&rsquo;s actually fun to use!

Plus, they are cleaner than ever before. Another reviewer with the same floors suggested Spraying Bona and then SpinWave. Perfect Process for me. Oh, and wet the mops first. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received it today and I have read quite a few reviews about how it just swishes the dirt around and doesn't clean. Well I have a sealed hardwood floor in my kitchen and it's kind of a medium size kitchen. I get little drips of sauce from cooking on the floor that I may not notice right off so it will dry up and I get it clean using a rubber Maid micro fiber mop and using Pledge wood floor care cleaner and It always does a good job. I unpacked the SpinWave after a thorough vacuuming and instead of mixing a batch of cleaner that came in the bundle I just sprayed the pads with the Pledge cleaner and then the floor area where I always begin mopping and it hit the ground running. (Saving the Bissell cleaner for the Ceramic tile around the rest of the living room). I carry the bottle of Pledge cleaner in one hand and spray the floor as I go. The results were as clean as I was doing it with manually mopping with the Rubber Maid. Did it pick up the dirt you ask?....Just look at the pics I took of the pads side by side compared to new pads. Did I see swirl marks slightly when the floor was wet and you would have to study the floor and line up the light just right to see a trace when it's dry. I'm not the least bit concerned about it, if people want a mirror reflection then they need to get a hardwood floor buffer. Good luck with all that money drain. As long as the machine keeps on truckin with no motor/s failing I'm good. I'm happy with it, easier then pushing around the Rubber Maid mop that flips over if it gets too dry and getting the same results. The job from start to finish was about 10 minutes, I'm getting one for my Mother now. Hello!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I started using the SpinWave Mop I absolutely loved it, I wished I've got it long time ago. It really makes mopping a breeze! Assembly is simple, it's very light and comfortable to maneuver, it can clean between narrow areas and it makes a beep sound when it's spraying water which is somenthing I like, adding water/solution is pretty simple too, the power cord is long and it doesn't bother me while I'm mopping, the pads are easy to wash and to attach/replace to the mop. I really don't have any cons about this one, definitely one of the best purchases I've ever made and I'm telling everyone about how great this mop is. I've always hated mopping, now I enjoy mopping because I'm able to clean the floor much faster than before and the cleaning results of SpinWave makes me totally satisfied, I'd definitely recommend it!

Best Mop Ever!

I was at first skeptical of this product. But once i gave it a whirl. I love it. It comes with 4 pads all togther that are washable. Also came with a small bottle of floor cleaner as well. Do have to warn ya. It does have a lot of power for such a little thing. I tried it out after my husband mopped the floors. Which i didnt know that he did. Anyways, it still picked up a lot of dirt. Which i have posted the picture. And thats only from a 6X6 area. So i definitely would reccommend this.

Awesome floor cleaner

I received the BISSELL Spinwave Hard Floor Cleaner to give my honest opinion. First off, I have been scrubbing my floors with my bathroom brush which is difficult. It's time-consuming and tiring. First, I want to say how easy it is to install the BISSELL Spinwave Hard Floor Cleaner. It comes with the actually Unit, then 2 soft touch pads, and 2 scrubby pads and 1 8oz Bissell Multi-Surface formula. It was so easy to use the BISSELL Spinwave Hard Floor Cleaner, it totally cleaned my kitchen floor and my bathroom floor. I noticed when I turned on the BISSELL Spinwave Hard Floor Cleaner the noise remained me of a more expensive cleaner. It sounded like one of those very expensive floor cleaners that the stores use, but except not as loud. I'm actually more excited about cleaning my bathroom and kitchen floor now because I can get the job done faster and still have plenty to do. I forgot to mention the 2 limited warranty. Bissell is a great company, I also have their vacuum cleaner they make great products. I would definitely recommend the BISSELL Spinwave Hard Floor Cleaner to anyone who wants to clean their floor thoroughly and much faster than the manual scrub.
