One of the best purchases I’ve made this year. It will clean the dirt off of just about anything. Super light, small in size so you can travel with it and doesn’t take long to heat up. One complaint would be I regret it doesn’t have an automatic shut off feature. Whenever you turn it on and you’re waiting for it to get hot, which doesn’t take long, but for a busy mom like myself it’s long enough to forget it’s heating up. Therefore I frequently leave it on by accident. I do wish it was a little bit larger so it could have a larger water tank because you have to frequently fill up tank but it’s not too bad. It’s travel size so this is understandable. Wish I had purchased sooner.

This is a powerful little cleaner. I can't see not having it now. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. My door was covered in an awful stain? This is taking it all off. The first photo is what the whole door looked like. The second is after spending maybe 10 minutes cleaning. Don't hesitate get one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Steam Shot on car interior, but I plan on using it to clean kitchen counter, refrigerator, and bathroom sink/tub areas etc. I wished the unit held more water...because I could NOT steam clean or get much accomplished without having to constantly refill with water... Then it was really annoying waiting on the until to cool off to refill then wait for steam to be hot enough to continue with the area I was trying to steam clean. Gotta have patience and a lot of time on your hands for the smallest chore while trying to actually get area completed... I do love the Bissell Steam cleaner it just needs to be redesigned to hold more water, and safer to prevent anyone possibly getting burned from steam when trying to refill ( in order to complete steam cleaning chores.

It is easier to scrub and remove grease / stains surface after steaming. Apart from cleaning, it can remove wrinkles on clothing as well. Only one thing is not fine with me. It is quite heavy if I carry it for a long time...

I would introduce to my friend

The steamer is nice, and the electric cord is a good length as well. It heats in a decent amount of time and works great. My only complaint is the crap quality of the parts it comes with. the extension hose with the narrow nozzle broke on its second use, just snapped right in half on the tip of the nozzle while cleaning our vehicle interior. Other than that, it's worth the $39 we spent on it. (you get what you pay for)

Great steamer, crap parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the steamer it was not packaged well. The box had a huge hole in it. Also, it took a very long time to get to me. When I opened the box up to ensure I received all attachments, I noted that I did; however, the three color coated brush attachments have no key to indicate what they should be used for. The experience of using the steamer was very easy. I have only used it on my tile floors so far. Cleans grout great!

Messy Packaging and Delievery - Great Product

Very disappointed! More water than steam came out. It did work on the tiny area of grout in our kitchen but there was so much water coming out that I had to wipe up with a rag that I gave up. Tried it again without tipping it so much to get steam to come out for a little but same thing happened - so much water came. Was looking forward to using it on my car seats too. Returned it the next day.

Machine works luckily. I thought it was brand new but I guess not. Package was taped up, nozzle was worn, and there were water droplets all over the machine. And in the plastic. I checked my entire order email to make sure I didn't order a refurbished one. I don't have time to take it back to the store. It will go back if it breaks in the near future. I imagine being shipped with water all over it isn't good for the components inside. Do better Walmart.
