As I have not used my Bissell yet, I have used others and was very happy with it.  I anticipate the same experience with my own.

I had a carpet that was stained by the previous tenants dog. This machine, that was on sale at   $30 off, did an excellent job of cleaning it all away. Very impressive!

Cleans like a dream. Sprays plenty of the cleaning solution evenly %26 liberally. Good  hose suction. Much better than expected.

One thing I didn't like was having to refill the clean water and cleaner alot! And had to dump it probably 3xs or so in a bedroom

I got this machine today and it is exactly like the blue one I had that broke it's simple to use and works great. All you have to do is fill the water to the fill line and the solution to the fill line and that's it. It's simple and does the job. There are no extra things to do with it.
