Created with ingredients chosen by ear, nose and throat doctors, Ayr Gel Nasal is gentle and formulated to be compatible with delicate nasal membranes. Ayr Saline Gel is recommended for those suffering from dryness due to travel, allergies, illness, mouth breathing, climate, pregnancy, nosebleeds, oxygen therapy, and respiratory infections.
Ayr Nasal Saline Gel is specifically formulated with soothing aloe to relieve dryness and irritation in and around the nose and nasal passages, such as dry, irritated and/or crusty noses. Ayr saline nasal spray with aloe is dye-free, paraben-free, and gluten-free. It’s gentle enough to use as an Ayr nasal gel for baby, toddlers and kids, and for year-round use.

I use to be able to find this item in the store but now can't. I was glad to see I could get it online. When you have major surgery and this isn't just a necessity but it's part of your survival..... just glad to find it. The reason for the quantity purchased. I had known it was getting low and started looking for it everyday in the store. It was always emptied on the shelf. I started to panic because it was something I needed for my nose. You need air for your lungs, oxygen for your brain, I needed this for my nose. Had a heart attack in my doctors(cardiologist) office, had a stoke at home. My husband found me on the bedroom floor within 2 hour limit of time for a stroke. I was blessed both times.

Very good for dry nasal passages
I developed very dry nostrils due to a new medication I am taking. Even though I was drinking more water, as instructed, the insides of my nose were so dry and annoying I felt the need to either twirl up a Kleenex or use a cotton swab to scratch at it. My nose started to bleed. I tried Vaseline. That didn't seem to work. I googled the issue and found you shouldn't be using Vaseline inside the nose. This product was suggested. Ayr, Saline Nasal Gel worked fast. Overnight I felt drastic relief. I had never heard of or seen it before, Amazing!

A great cost effective product
It's a small tube but it lasts a long time. I use nasal sprays for allergies and they can be drying. Ayr is a light gel that's very helpful year round but, especially, during the winter when our house is very dry. I'm trying to avoid using humidifiers this year and will depend upon Ayr a bit more to help. It's a step up from the plain saline bottles although I use those too.
