does this use batterys what size ? how many ?

They are supposed to be at least 15 inches when opened, but the one I ordered was only about 12.

I am giving one to my 2 year old. There is a velcro opening for the battery pack and the box itself is screwed closed to keep the kids from taking the batteries out.

nice light up pillow for the price

The only thing I would have done differently is that I would have had my son pick it up at their local Walmart instead I paid extra to have it shipped and it took longer than I thought it would and it was late for her birthday

My Granddaught loves it

Bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas (Santa will be leaving it in her bed on Christmas morning). I have installed batteries and watched it in the dark. It's beautiful. Great colors, and not too bright or dim. Hopefully she loves it. To me it was perfect.

A glowing pillow for my baby

My grandchildren have always loved Pillow Pets, and now they want the Glow Pets. It's beautiful when lit up and will surely bring lots of oooohs and ahhhhhs on Christmas day. The items were well packaged, arrived before the due date, and were cheaper at Walmart than in the local drug stores.

I bought this for my grand daughter because she wanted it. She loves it ! It is cute .

Why would anyone create an item that has ANYthing to do with kids that can't be washed, not even considering this is one they sleep with/on? Because battery case is integrated and outer shell is not removable, the instructions say expressly 'Do Not Wash'. So you can get a fuzzily-clad toy clean with a simple surface wipe? Huh?

Otherwise, the concept is great, but this is an example of an A+ idea with a C- execution.

cute, but can't wash

I purchased this for my 1 yr old niece. We were both disappointed because, upon opening the package, it did not work. New batteries and it still didn't work.

Not what I was expecting!

Of the two light pillows I ordered, this little Unicorn did not have contact points for two of the three battery slots. My granddaughter was very disappointment and cried because she could not take it home with her as she lives in another state and since my printer wasn't working I had to wait until I could take it back to Walmart for a replacement and I am disabled.

The other pillow came with all the parts and my grandson was happy with his.

Came missing parts for a battery

I ordered the unicorn glow pet for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it online. It arrived on time. Everything was in tact. All I needed was the batteries. I inserted the batteries but only one side of the pillow pet lit up. I was really disappointed. My daughter loves it though. I'm going to take it to a walmart store to exchange it.
