The product now comes with knee pads that are extremely comfortable on the outside of the knee, but I am not sure how the pads will effect your osteoarthritis.

You will need to put extra padding in the knee cups--the ones provided are really thin. I put a folded washcloth in each one and it is much more comfortable. Also, when you lean forward and cross your feet at the ankles, it takes some of the pressure off of your kneecaps. Hope this helps

Yes the knee pads are hard and even after just 3 minutes of using the machine, my knees hurt and I don't have any knee trouble.

It can give you some sore spots, but you can get knee pads. I suggest you get the ones that are all foam.

I also have knee problems and do this slowly every other day. I have arthritis and do what I can without placing to much pressure on myself.

The machine now comes with a pad for the knee supports but I put extra padding on there as well. I have heard of someone having to buy knee pads from a sports store in order to use the machine.

with your condition I would not suggest it, unless you could find some sort of cushion to put in the knee bowls. it's not very soft, similar to the feeling of the floor

If i was u i wouldnt take the chance on it because of that problem. Cause u never know , dont hurt yourself. I would find another product that generally does the same thing but one where your not on your knees to use it! My husband has bad arthiritus in his knees and i cant see him using this . I can see it flaring up the knee pain though . He can use the AB Lounge though . But that requires alot of space when set up , cause its pretty big !

It focuses primarily on the love handles. If you take the pin out to do the bun and thighs you may feel a strain in your lower back.

That is the reason I wanted to get it. I can't put a lot of strain on my lower back. This does not strain my back but still works on my stomach muscles.

Not easily. I bought it because I thought it could but basically you have to remove the arms (which is quite easy) but you also have to unbolt the legs. So if you want to put it under the bed and bring it out every day it is a real pain to keep bolting and unbolting - unless of course your bed is very high.

You can't fold it, but you can take the handles off and it should be able to fit under the bed.

Yes, if you remove the handles or pull the pin and move them to the easiet setting (lower).

It would not fit under my bed. but you can remove the handles and lower it ,after that it may fit under a bed if it is higher off the ground

I first found a Ab Circle Pro at a local gym while I was traveling. I loved how easy it was to use and even a little fun. I knew it had been used by others over time and thought a new one would be great for at home. The cost was affordable and returning even better if I didn't like it. I go to the gym everyday and when I come home I jump on it and continue my workout while watching the TV. I have seen more changes in my body from this one machine than the whole gym together. In a short time I have lost 2 dress sizes and now I just keep in shape with it. Worth the money I spent.

Great and easy

I have been little my whole life. I'm 5'5. And before kids I weighed 115. And after I weighed 135. Until, this last year. I got the mirena and gained and gained until I reached 190 :( I was depressed and unhappy. So I started focusing on making myself happy. And I tried so many workouts and diets but nothing stuck. Or it was too hard on my knees ( I have a bad knee). But this WORKS. I wear a sweat suit and I do the ap circle pro for 1 hr every day since I got it. I've dropped 6 lbs. And I've had only about 10 days. I drinks lots of water daily. I eat better. Fruits. And I follow the an circle pro book diet plan. My sides feel it. My and my arms. I'm very happy with the product. I plan to lose weight and start yoga. And continue with yoga throughout my life to stay fit.

24 year old, mom of two!

I've used the product almost every day for 10 days or so. I will say that my knee's, my back and shoulders were hurting after the first few days. This was more likely due to my lack of Core Strength and due less in part to the machine itself. It felt similar to the pain I felt in the gym after staying away for a few weeks so I worked through the initial discomfort and after the first few days, those initial pain points are no longer an issue.

I would say that i feel it's more of a cardio machine than one of those ab specific workouts. It's a pretty good workout that's easy to do while in front of a tv.

No Pain, No Gain.....

I love this machine,It won't end up (in the exercise machine graveyard) on it's way out the door with other exercise machines I've bought.It was easy to assemble & it's fun.When I'm finished exercising,I slide it under my bed.I've used it every day since I got it & I can tell it's working.

This product works great! I do the 3 minute exercise 3 times a day. I can feel it working muscles that don't get worked enough just doing my regular house routine! Plus the 3 minute exercise is so quick and simple to complete, that even with two little ones I have no issues fitting it in! I bought mine used, and have experienced absolutely no issues with the rollers. But I do enjoy this machine, and love that I'm able to fit in some simple exercise now!

Excellent!

My husband put this together for me and it was easy to use and it helped that it came with two dvds and a nutrition plan. This is a space saver and good investment to get your upper body together along with YOUR ABS. Walmart's shipping is awesome also came way before the time expected.

This is a good workout for abs and upper body

easy to set up, easy to use. Initially thought I wasn't really getting a workout as it was easy on the lowest setting but on second or third position you can feel the workout. 3 days later I'm starting to see a difference. Can be tiring on the shoulders if using for 30mins straight but you can always switch up the grip. I was worried i would be too tall for a good position (I'm 5'11") but works just fine.

Easy to use

So easy to assemble. My daughter and I put it together in no time at all. It is a fun workout while watching TV. Gets loud when you are swinging side to side at a faster pace. Great workout, instantly feel it in the inner and outer thighs when you detach the center bar. I love the results I am getting and it is so easy and convenient to use.

The one thing I dislike is the knee inserts, they are too thin. I have to do my workout in 5 minute intervals because my knees are red and sore.

Great product

I love it and it's fun to use to workout with, but it's alot on the knee's. If you have bad knee's I wouldn't recommend for you. Other than that I love it. I do a workout after work during T.V. time with my toddler. I like the fact that several areas are being effected in one workout.

The coasters that make the machine roll melted. This has created a groove in the coasters which make it almost impossible to move it up the disc. The coaster does not roll. I only used it three times. I am taking it back. I called ab circle pro and they could care less.
