talked to the company and they told me this -- put in battery, hang where you want it, and it should re-set to 12 o&#39;clock. They said it might take overnight for it to find the signal, but mine was set well before the next day. It just has to find the signal.

There is a small reset button on the back of the clock. Press it with a straightened paperclip or similar item. That should fix it. It may take up to 5 days for the clock to set itself depending on your location. It is best to have the clock near a window away from electronic devices like TVs, computers, wireless routers etc.

Instructions said do not set yourself. It took three days for my clock to stop rotating and settle in to correct time. I only set for Pacific then standard time nothing else.

I live in Colorado and my clock set automatically and perfectly. I suggest you try again by leaving it on a wall facing the general direction of Colorado. It sets at exactly 3:00 A.M. on Saturday morning. This takes a few minutes. The clock stops, then hands move quickly for a minute or two. I would try this and see what happens. Mine set at 3:00 A.M. Mountain time. Make notes of what happens for customer service, just in case it does not set properly. Best of luck.

My clock did not set correctly? How can I set it to the correct time. I turned it to Eastern time and it set 45 minutes slow?

No, sorry, this one only works stateside.

This clock only has Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones.
As a workaround you could probably set the timezone to Eastern, then remove the hour hand and set it ahead 5 hours. (Don&#39;t just turn it manually, you&#39;ll have to actually pull the hand off). Of course this would probably void the warranty.

The wall location does not effect the clock getting the radio waves for correct time.

It is the best clock Ive ever bought.  It keeps perfect time because of the technology.  Even when daylight savings time arrives you never have to touch it. It automatically changes itself.  The best clock ever.  It is the only type I will buy from now on.

The clock is attractive and very easy to set up.  I removed the packaging, read the instructions and placed the clock facing Colorado as directed.  The clock quickly set itself and has kept running since.  It is nice to know the only time we'll have to take it down is to change the batteries.

Positive experience

I really like this clock. After buying and returning a different clock that could not keep time, I decided to go with a brand that might be more trust worthy. It took about 2 days to find the atomic clock. Now it is accurate to the second. And it is very quiet. You can hear a faint tick, but I can't imagine that would bother most people.

This was a gift for my 82 year old father n law. When i told him it was a Atomic Clock he constantly goes into the kitchen to see if he had exploded yet. It is a very good looking clock, no noise, easy to set up.. i love it!

A simple way to bring technology home

I am really pleased with my analog clock.  Specifically, that it sets itself, changes with DST- one less clock for me to reset- I am legally blind and I have no problem seeing the large numbers and what time it is. Excellent!

Ignore reviews that say it doesnt work around electronic devices. Mine works close to my wireless modem, my 40 inch tv, my computer, my xbox one, plus my wireless mouse and keyboard. It took a few minutes to get it to set itself, but afterwards it has been accurate since then. No problems.

Works great around electronics

Like the clock.  Inexpensive and works. Took 2 days to find itself.  This one replaced one we had for many years. I wish the numbers were a little bigger/bolder to see from another room but that's the only gripe I have.

Hang it and forget it

I purchased this wall clock because I thought it would do what it said it would do. I left it overnight like it says per the vague instructions. It says to put it 6 feet away from any wireless things (doesn't say anything of pointing it toward Colorado). I got up the next day and checked to see if it had moved. It is still at 12 o clock. I tried to look up for support on this clock at the web site shown it is NOT listed. Therefore there is no support for this clock that means all the other reviews either got a clock that did work or they are not telling you the whole truth. I guess you get what you paid for at $19.96.
