They are about 2.75 inches wide and 4 inches long. They fit very well in most types of shoes.

Yes, these are the only ones that cover the entire insole and they stick on. Others are either too narrow or don't stick. These are the best!

Are these about 3 inches long and 3 inches wide? I bought a pair about a year ago, and I want some just like those.

These gel inserts make all my high heels comfy! Just take into account that they take up space, especially in closed-toe shoes, so you may want to consider this when buying the shoes so that they don't end up being too tight after you place the inserts in them.

These make a HUGE difference!

I work in retail and stand on my feet 7 hours a day. I put these in all of my shoes, even open toe and sandals. They can be trimmed to fit different size foot beds if you use very sharp scissors. They stick very, very well and never "roll", as I have found other brands of gel inserts to do. They are a couple of millimeters thick, so they do take up some space in the forefront of your shoe, so keep that in mind. Sometimes, I will stretch my pumps so that I have the space to put in my gel inserts.
