I liked how it was easy to put together. My husband and I did it together. It had nice pictures in the instructions so you don't have to try hard to figure out what it's talking about.

my granddaughter haven't had the baby yet but she has put it together it only took two things to do it

I love how it can be placed in a slant easily to prevent reflux after feeding my baby. The side unclamps and can be folded down but honestly we don't ever have to use that feature because I can clearly see her through the mesh siding and she's close enough to the bed that it makes it easy to access her. The padded insert/mattress is thin but comfortable for her and she sleeps well in it.

I don't even want to give a one star rating!!!
Opened box and found a broken clip.  Sent an email to the company 2 weeks ago and no response!!  I am not even asking for my money back.  I would like a replacement of the bassinet or even just a new clip!  Very poor business practices!!

Worked okay at first, a lot larger than expected. The legs broke when taking it down and putting back up recently even though it claims to be easy to travel with. The springs broke off of something on both sides and now the bassinet portion doesn't stay on the legs when trying to move it. I reached out to the seller and they only would provide a partial refund and wanted me to take it to be repaired instead of refunding or replacing it. This item is clearly defective since I've only been using it for 8 weeks, my daughter just turned two months. I'm so disappointed I have to buy a new one and don't even have the full funds to do so.
