I am glad I bought this footrest. It came already assembled and is adjustable. It stays in place and is very easy to use. It helps my posture while sitting for ling periods. No more leg and back pain. Love it!

It is the perfect foot spot and I do not have to adjust it to any other way and my feet fit perfect on it and I would recommend this product to any one.

I haven't had it long but so far, I like it. I needed something to get my feet up due to swelling and it seems to be helping. the built in massage bumps are actually nice. I didn't think I would like them. give it a try if your looking for an adjustable footrest.

It's not as flexible as I thought it would be. It does keep my feet elevated but I wish it had a  way to turn vibration to massage the feet.
