I am a landlord and have multiple properties. We often have tenants who may fuss about the temperature in one room of their unit or another. This beloved digital thermometer allows us to establish when there is or is not a problem. It is objective, reliable, and very affordable. I wish my local hardware stores carried it, but thrilled Zoro had it available. This is our second unit, as the last one last much longer than a decade. This has a probe and measures indoor and outdoor temperatures. The outdoor probe is useful for the hotspot and indoor is great for ambient temperatures. It also measures humidity. It uses an AA battery which is fantastic for cost and availability purposes.
