I bought 3 of these at Christmas. One for my husband for his drawing pencils and color pencils, one for my stepson for his color pencils and one for my daughter. I got the silver one, the camo one and the pink camo. They were all really cute. None of them use the lock feature they just wanted the good quality box. The only complaint I have heard is my daughter wants to keep her colors in it and it is too small for the extra large box of crayons she received.

I purchased this for my son in the camo color. He loves the design and the fact he can lock it. It comes with 2 keys, I keep one in case he loses his. I would recommend this for all students!
