Delivery was much faster than the estimate on the Order Confirmation. The adjustment of the handlebars required a size of Allen key that I did not have. This interupted the assembly for a day while I obtained the proper sized key. The assembly would have gone much more smoothly if the manufacturer had included the three different sized Allen keys required as part of the package.

The bike was in a box when we arrived for pick-up. I mentioned if we could have it assembled and 20 minutes later it was ready for us to roll out of the store. And it was a good thing we chose to do this because the inner tube on one of the tires was defective and had to be replaced. Great service by store personnel!! We were also told by the gentleman that assembled the bike that this was one of his favorites. Great bike for the price and the tires are really good for wet or gravely surfaces. He said this model was really like a cross between a mountain bike and a cruiser. My husband has enjoyed riding it so far and it is very nice looking.
