I was surprised to see the core of the broom is foam. It makes sweeping a little nicer.

A Great Broom

I had this broom for a few years and let my roommates have it after we separated. BEST at getting all that dust and small particles off the floor because of the foam. You DO need to clean it occasionally, but, very much worth it. Gets pet hair up, too. Buying another one now.

My Favorite Broom

Very pleased with purchase. Does great job picking up dirt. Especially like the rubber part between the bristles that help pick up the dirt better.

Sweeps well

This is not a good broom if sweeping hair up off the floor...after a period of a few days or so the hair will accumulate on the foam that is in the middle of the broom and as you sweep back and forth it moves the hair from one spot to the other on the floor...you will still have hair on the floor...it does not get all of it up...and the hair builds up on the foam and you can't get it off...this is one awful broom combination that I have ever used...and I have used many out there...The handle is really heavy compared to other broom handles of other companies...If you are looking for a broom that is easy to sweep with one hand, this is not the broom for you...it takes two hands to push the weight of this broom around...and the dust pan is hard to snap off and on the handle of this broom...I took 2 of these back to Walmart and purchased 2 other type of brooms that I am very happy using...

Heavy Broom and the inside Foam bad idea

Every time I sweep I get so agrivated because the dust pan is too beveled and doesn't let you broom the dirt into it without brooming it in 10 times!! Why is there such a big bump!?
