I am under doctors orders to keep my legs elevated. I own a chair/ stool similar to this with a back on it and I love it, so anyway when I needed to have something in my kitchen to prop my feet on I went looking online and found this stool for that purpose. It is just the right height at 18" and now I can spend more time with my family as we use the kitchen as our favorite hang out at our house.

Nice stool for kitchen

Can't beat it for the money. It is surprisingly stable. I bought it for my wife to use when she is putting on makeup. I have sat in it and I'm 235lbs. It is rock solid.

Gr8 stool

Theyre a bit small but height is shown in description-I just did not look. I did not know it was 2 together? I put them under my 8 year old's desk.

Cute

These stools are so handy. They are regular chair height so you can use them to squeeze extra people around the table, extra seating around the house, sitting in the bathroom to do makeup and hair, even to reach top shelves. Then when you're not using them they fold for storage. The seat is even padded. They are sturdy too.

Versatile Little Stools

1st one i got had a cut in the seat, appeared to have happened when someone was opening maybe a crate of these, no cuts on the shipping box, but was a cut thru the packaging and the cardboard label.
I sent it back and received a new one and it is great, small, light weight and heavy construction, i needed something easy to manage to take to kids games, and out door auctions to sit on, I am heavy weight so needed sturdy too, this seems to meet the bill.
Havent used it out doors yet, but i have sat on it in the house and it hasnt given any sign of being unable to hold me. of course i dont just flop down on it, i sit carefully )) i am more than 250 lbs, I THINK that was the weight on it.

This is NOT the same stool as the one I purchased in the Walmart store.  It is shorter/smaller and has a flat metal rim that is different.  I should have compared the dimensions with the one I already had.  But that is on me.  If I wanted a small stool, this would be a good choice.  I love that it has a locking mechanism.  It can fold down and tuck behind/under something or hang on a wall hook.  It is a fair enough match to the 24" stools that are sold in the stores - see comparison in photo.  A point deducted for costing the same as the larger chair.

Not happy that I recieved silver and white stools

Thought i was buying black stools like the pic

Used them in tanning rooms in our salon. They only lasted a few weeks before they started falling apart. Apparently will not hold any kind of weight. The welds broke on the cross bars and they started to tweak sideways. Would not recommend these unless only children will be using them.

Only lasted a few weeks

Unlike the Walmart 18" stool we've used for sitting to put on shoes and slacks in a walk-in closet for 12 years, this new model is junk. It has a tinny locking mechanism which promises to collapse soon if used for sitting on. We'll only keep it if we decide to use it beside the toilet to hold a magazine or
tissue box, etc. Worse yet, it appears to be the only 18" version currently available from a number
of other store sources.

Not adequate for adult sitting

Tempted by the price, I ordered this little stool for my camper. The cushioned circle was screwed in crooked and is off center. There is no fixing that! darn!
