Yes, my son's ended in February and I simply brought this card and restarted. I used to have recurring monthly payments but realized just buying a 12 month card every twelve months was much cheaper.

If I have already purchased XBOX live for a year (one time installment) can this be added to the end?

Yes you can. All you have to do is log in to your xboxlive account on-line & just put a hold on the recurring monthly payments until the time for the 1 yr. membership is about to expire & then you can just set up the recurring payments again. I would suggest just always buying the 1 yr card because it ends up being a lot cheaper in the long run & this is an exceptionally great deal. I usually buy mine from amazon.com cause they send the code instantly instead of having to wait for the card to be mailed.

I believe so, all you have to do is turn off auto pay on your xbox live account, and add this to your account. Thats what I did, and I also had recurring payment set up.

Apparently not. I think it is due to possible fraud issues. A year ago I ordered the e-mail option with no problems, however, my recent order came in the mail. They obviously changed the process.

This is was purchased for $10 under the displayed price and I had free shipping. I looked in the Walmart stores but they were charging the asking price displayed on the card so I ordered it through the Walmart website. What a great buy!

We saved $10 going this route but had to wait several days while it came in the mail. Drove the grandson mad. Why not simply supply the code off the card and speed up the process whilst saving the postage?
