It came with two big packages. You may want to open them until you get both so you don’t lose small parts.
It’s not hard to install it but the instructions is not that clear. You need to read the words and the pictures to make sure that you can make it
right.
There is a little bit confusing about the wires but my husband made it. You would need some help from the customer service.
The battery is fully charged. My daughter loves it and she didn’t want to get off. We have got that for about three weeks the battery looks good.
The quality is really good the the sound of music is loud enough for you to play outside. It’s easy to control but my daughter doesn’t know how to drive
by herself now.
So far it’s a really good purchase. When we drive her to the community park all the neighborhood say that it’s so cool. That feels not bad.

What do you get a child turning one?? Their first car of course; LOL. Delivery was on time. Easy to assemble; just a few parts. The remote control is absolutely the best. And all the little surprises: working radio, ability to plug in a cell phone, great battery life and all of the lights working. Was a big hit at the party. The birthday girl wants to ride it all the time.

We bought this for our grandbaby for her 1st Birthday. She absolutely loves it. The remote comes in handy til she gets a little bigger. But she rides its all around the neighborhood with the help of mom and dad. Alot fancier than I realized. I even rocks like a rocking chair.

Pink Jeep

We had the Jeep for three weeks before it stopped working. Problems we encountered: Jeep wouldn't charge. Then Jeep would charge, and would turn on without the pedal being pressed. There was no way to turn off the Jeep when it started going for the ghost rides. Imagine if a child had been in the Jeep when it wouldn't turn off??

I had purchased the extended warranty. As the problems arose within the manufacturer-warranty time frame, I had to try to go through them. Problem: cannot find the manufacturer. So then how does the issue get resolved? Or is that the whole point, to not let customers contact the manufacturer to get the warranty claim addressed?

Warranty doesn't work

It looks nice and was easy to put together. But it does not have much power. Cannot get up inclines.  Very noisy and sounds like the battery is dying just after charging. Smaller than expected and hard for two boys to fit in it.

Would not recommend

worked well for a few weeks. battery started dying quickly and required constant charging.

Did Not Last Long

I've been trying to reach the company I bought this from for over a week without a response from them. I bought from Walmart.com and Walmart won't take it back. Not happy worth either customer service. This is for the power wheel jeep.
